By downloading, accessing, or using the Pepper Journey mobile application (also known as Peptides Calculator & Tracker, Package ID: com.rivets.peptidereconstitutioncalculator) or the website at https://pepperjourney.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.

1. Age Requirement (Adults Only)

You must be at least 18 years of age to download and use Pepper Journey. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Educational and Calculation Tool Only

Pepper Journey provides informational reconstitution arithmetic and local schedule tracking based exclusively on values you input. It does not select medications, prescribe quantities, recommend dosages, establish treatment protocols, or verify medical suitability for any person.

Not a Medical Device: Pepper Journey is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for a licensed physician, compounding pharmacist, clinical protocol, or authoritative product labeling.

3. User Responsibility & Math Verification

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all inputs, decimal points, units (milligrams vs. micrograms), diluent volumes, and mathematical calculations before relying on them. Never make medical or administration decisions based solely on software calculations.

4. Lawful Use

You agree to use Pepper Journey only for lawful, personal, or educational purposes. The app and website do not sell, distribute, prescribe, or facilitate access to regulated pharmaceuticals or unapproved research substances.

All software design, interface elements, source code, and branding are the intellectual property of Rivets Software / Pepper Journey and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivets Software, its developer, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
