1. How calculations work
Enter the mass (mg) printed on the vial label, total diluent/BAC water volume (mL), and the dose you want to calculate (mcg or mg). Pepper Journey provides instant arithmetic for concentration, draw volume, and standard 1 mL U-100 syringe scale markings. U-100 units are volume markings, not International Units (IU). The app does not choose or recommend amounts, routes, or compounds.
2. Verifying calculation results
Always double-check vial label numbers, unit exponents (mg vs mcg), diluent volume, and syringe capacity. Independent verification by a licensed healthcare professional or compounding pharmacist is essential before administering any medical or therapeutic regimen.
3. Schedules & Local Notifications
If you choose to set an optional daily local reminder for your saved schedule, the notification is scheduled locally on your device by the Android OS. The app never sends reminder times or health details to external servers. You can turn off or adjust notification access anytime in the app or via Android Settings.
4. Clearing local data and privacy
Your data stays on your phone. To remove all saved schedules, calculation logs, and user profile information, tap the HUD profile icon in the app and select “Clear local data”. You can also wipe data via Android Settings > Apps > Pepper Journey > Storage > Clear Storage.
